My husband and I faced our most financially difficult time in 2003 and 2004. Not only did we have a failed business but also we almost lost the home that had been in my family since 1966.

We were able to repay our loan under the Special Forbearance Agreement by making our monthly mortgage payments for 6 months. Now, after making a reasonable contribution on the remaining past due mortgage payments, we are set and ready to go forward with our home no longer under the threat of foreclosure. It is truly a fresh start and a tremendous relief.
