When my wife and I purchased our first home we were very happy because our monthly payments were affordable then our loan transferred to a different Mortgage Co.
Our trouble began when we were notified that our taxes went up causing our mortgage payment to go from $951.00 a month to $1200.00 a month. We paid a few payments but it became difficult when I contacted the mortgage company they said that they could assist me in a repayment plan this repayment plan caused my mortgage payment to go up $1800.00 dollars which I knew I could not afford.
I contacted Mrs. Sanchez at First Home Consulting and they got my mortgage payment reduced to the $951.00. I received a modification I still don’t know how it all works but I am thankful to Mrs. Sanchez and all the people at First Home Consulting.
