Mr. Davis and his staff successfully negotiated a settlement in which I paid $2,000.00 to reinstate my loan which currently was $18,000.00 in default.
Around the same time I began my studies to pass the state bar exam to become a licensed Attorney. I neglected to send my mortgage payment on time. When a mortgage payment was returned to me from the mortgage company I called to see what was going on. The mortgage company replied that I wasn’t paying the mortgage payment on time and had become 90 days behind and they would have to begin foreclosure.
Pursuant to this mortgage company’s track record I filed legal documentation being an injunction. The injunction held up in court based on a rule 11. I contacted First Home Consulting because of their proven track record in negotiating also in interpreting the protocol under my loan status.
