Based on face to face counseling sesstions revealling the cause of FORECLOSURE. The word FORECLOSURE is used to quickly cure or to make a homeowner aware of the seriousness within the delinquency of a homeowner loan.

Using the word FORECLOSURE can work in resolving a collection issue. However, if a homeowner is treated in the wrong way by using FORECLOSURE, it could back fire. Because many homeowners for see FORECLOSURE in more than one way. Some become angry at the current employer, feeling that their employer is the cause of their FORECLOSURE do to low hourly wages. Pre-purchasing counseling addresses these issues with first time home buyers to prevent FORECLOSURE. Pre-purchasing counseling is mandatory within some financial institute to protect the homeowner and the financial institute from FORECLOSURE. Each party plays apart in preventing FORECLOSURE. Homeowners need to know more about FORECLOSURE.
