Homeowners are often left in the dark when it comes to finding foreclosure assistance. In the State of Texas we have two types of Foreclosure.

(4) Pre-Foreclosure Sale- This will allow you to avoid foreclosure by selling the property for an amount less than the amount necessary to pay off the loan.

(5) Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure- when you voluntarily give back the property to the lender.

Many times Local Attorneys can not provide Foreclosure Advice because they have no knowledge of the HUD Protocall.
Attorneys will often pursue you into filing bankruptcy while the house is in Foreclosure.
