A Certified Housing Counselor will contact you to obtain additional information to analize your situation and to discuss the terms and the conditions of our services.
If we consider that we are able to assist you we will contact your Mortgage Company and also we will submit a Qualified Written Request to allow our Certified Counselor to speak in your behalf.
Homeowners that have received foreclosure acceleration letter from the mortgage company should submit all of our required documents immediately so that our counselors can stop the foreclosure and negotiate for the appropriate retention option. It is very important that the homeowner is available for any questions or agreements between the Mortgage Company and our Counselors.
