If a homeowner could transfer their LOAN to another Mortgage Company without going through the red tape of refinancing, they probably would. The average homeowners do NOT know the phone number or address of their lender to advise the lender of the treatment that they are receiving from the Mortgage Company, especially when FORECLOSURE is the issue. Homeowners feel that they do NOT have a choice. In our day to day life the unexpected can happen to anyone, this could affect a homeowner ability to pay their mortgage payment on time. The lender did NOT intend for a mortgage company to persistently torment the homeowner to make a mortgage payment or treat FORECLOSURE. A lender can simply hire a Mortgage Service, even if, it’s a name of a Bank to service your loan. It’s NOT uncommon for a lender to transfer thousands of loans to another entity because your current Mortgage Company is NOT acting in the best interest of the lender or the homeowner and, of course, when the lender realizes that the Mortgage Company is creating a high number of senseless foreclosures, this could determine a lender’s decision in dealing with your current Mortgage Service. Lenders are equipped with financial data. Rarely, the Mortgage Companies advice lenders that they have called the homeowner’s residences and treat the homeowners with FORECLOSURE, when the Mortgage Company should be trying to resolve the matter peacefully and preventing FORECLOSURE. A lender understands a homeowner current adversity but rarely a lender is advised when a baby is born or spouses have decease or has lost his/her job. If a homeowner wants to retain ownership and is giving the appropriate time to resolve the problem no one will be FORECLOSED. Many times the lender is the last to know. NOT that the lenders don’t care. He or She was never advised by the Mortgage Company. When a homeowner wanted to stay in their home and is willing to try an alternative to STOP FORECLOSURE, the lender is more than willing to work with the homeowner. The lender golf game is NOT as important as his money and when a home FORECLOSED, the lender loses. The lender does NOT want your home to go into FORECLOSURE. Therefore, when your Mortgage Company makes a decision that your home is going into FORECLOSURE, the lender may NOT know. From time to time a counselor will go to the golf course but NOT to play golf. |
